Can I Sue the Driver of the Car I Was Riding in if I Was Injured in a Florida Car Accident?

Yeah. An individual who’s a passenger in a car is absolutely allowed to sue the driver of the car who was driving him if that person caused the accident and as a result of that accident the individual passenger who was driving in that car has sustained injuries. He would be allowed to make a claim against a person and to sue that person if in fact he had sustained under Florida statutes what’s called a permanent disability or permanent disfigurement or scarring as a result of that accident.
