As partners of Abramowitz & Pomerantz, P.A., Richard Abramowitz and Howard Pomerantz formed one of the first law practices in western Broward County, Florida, specializing exclusively in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. We each have been practicing personal injury law for over twenty-five years. Our firm strives to help those who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others, regardless of their economic means.

We fund all out of pocket expenses incurred in prosecuting our clients' claims, regardless of the size of the claim or the amount of costs involved. We have made it a firm decision to fund the costs of all of our cases out of the firm's asset base without having to rely on loans or letters of credit which are frequently used by other personal injury firms handling significant cases. We feel this allows us to handle each case in an independent manner without the influence of any extraneous financial pressures. We have successfully handled many complex and expensive cases, spending in excess of $100,000.00 in client costs on numerous occasions. We always endeavor to retain the most qualified experts, regardless of cost or location. We believe this provides us with the best opportunity to obtain a successful recovery on behalf of our clients.
