Samuel A. Mr. Coffey has considerable jury trial experience. He gained this experience as a partner at a prominent insurance defense law firm where he practiced for ten years. He used to defend individual and corporate clients against personal injury and wrongful death claims
including: product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, pharmacy malpractice, boating accidents, aviation disasters and negligent security. Today this invaluable knowledge is helpful to consumers and clients who must deal with insurance companies.
Mr. Coffey is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, the Broward County Justice Association, an EAGLE member of the Florida Justice Association and The Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and in the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Mr. Coffey received his law degree from the University of Miami and was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Haven.
