$ 1,350,000.00 medical malpractice recovery against two cardiologists

$ 1,350,000.00 recovery by a 73 year old man. This case involved medical malpractice by two cardiologists who treated the plaintiff over many years for heart problems. which included atrial fibrillation. The treating cardiologists failed to prescribe anticoagulants (blood thinners) to prevent the formation of blood clots. Our client subsequently developed a blood clot as a result of atrial fibrillation which caused him to sustain a serious stroke resulting in partial paralysis, aphasia (inability to speak) and mental impairment.
